New "D Level" Stock AR Coating
We have successfully worked with the manufacturer to release a new AR. The goal is to release an AR comparable to a Crizal Rock, with super high scratch resistance and to push for VCP classifications. We expect this AR to release in Stock in Q1 2025. It has released at RND Ohio already, as Verity Steel!

Edge Stock Lenses With No Edger
Combining always available inexpensive, high markup Framesdata-listed frames from established manufacturers with the stock program. We will work on integrating the ability to order frames from the stock site, and to order frames with stock lenses edged into them at the facility. All orders fro edged stock, stock lenses, and frames will go together in the same box using the cheap shipping our stock program has always had. Expected 2025.

Progressive Options Expansion
Working with lab partners to release IOT and possibly other product at a compelling price, alongside the existing Verity series of lenses and coatings. We may also push to release new optics from other designers/manufacturers. 2025 Goal.

Stock Transition Alternative
Expected by Mid 2025. An extremely compelling price on photochromic AR stock finished lenses. Poly and Hi-Index product first, Transitions 8-comparable performance.
FAQs
Where do I pay you?
If you're talking about stock or full service lab, those are both set up with autopay when you open your account. If your payment information has changed, reach out to support@trypivotal.com and we'll shoot you a link to update. All other vendor partners have their own payment directly with the vendor. We don't collect or pay bills for your practice.
Where do I log in to order your stuff?
First, make sure you're signed up! If not, head over to the Applications page.
We've embedded the lab ordering sites for EDO Dallas Partner Lab and RND Ohio Partner Lab. You can also reach the linked page for the stock.trypivotal.com ordering site.
Otherwise, stock.trypivotal.com and lablink.opticalonline.com are going to be the sites for ordering stock lenses and full service labs, respectively.
How do I reach you people?
For full service lab partners like EDO Dallas and RND Ohio, you will have a Basecamp login sent to you for questions about tracking, job info, job changes, label requests, and billing, invoice and credit questions.
For most anything related to your membership, you'll want to reach out to support@trypivotal.com, including for stock lens customer service.
